Anokhi Garden is proud to host a two-day immersive wellness retreat in collaboration with Mahindra, bringing together ancient practices and modern wellness insights in a serene, garden-inspired setting.
This thoughtfully curated event is designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and tap into the power of breath, movement, and mindful presence. From invigorating ice baths and breathwork to grounding yoga sessions, sound healing, and nourishing food — every element is crafted to restore balance, foster community, and spark inner calm.

Please consult your doctor and inform the facilitator if any of the following apply:

Most yoga practices offered are beginner-friendly and adaptable. However, if any of the following apply, please consult your physician before participating:

Pregnancy (please notify the teacher for safe modifications)

History of vertigo or balance issues

🧘♀️ Getting Ready for the Experience
Whether you're stepping into breathwork, yoga, or an ice bath, a little preparation goes a long way. This section helps you pack smart, plan your day, and get into the right headspace for a safe, enriching, and nourishing experience.
- This workshop will be a unique opportunity to meet with highly experienced teachers from Mysore
- All levels of strength and flexibility can join into any of the classes
- Previous yoga experience is not compulsory
- Mats and other yoga props will be provided at the venue
- The sessions are designed such that they’re accessible for everyone including people with time restraints.

Night Before:

Sleep 7–8 hours
Morning:

No strong coffee or energy drinks

Refrain from heavy food intake two hours prior to the class
Wear comfortable clothes
