Set in the tree-lined neighbourhood of Gokulam, Anokhi Garden is a homestay, café, and yoga space that feels like a quiet sanctuary in the heart of Mysore.

Rooms are simple, bright, and comfortable, with natural light and views of palms and garden greens—ideal whether you come to rest, reconnect, or work on a personal project.

Time for going on an adventure in nature, or experience the local indian culture.

As well as time for being just with yourself, reading, painting, journaling, or enjoying the garden and cafe.

Nourishing food, made with care

A wholesome daily brunch is included with your stay - featuring fresh fruits, oats or granola, and a seasonal dish of your choice, served in the garden café.

Additional meals, ayurvedic-inspired dinners, juices, and special dietary requests can be arranged so that eating feels both light and satisfying during your retreat.

3-Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat

From INR 32000 per person · low season (March–September)

From INR 38000 per person · high season (October–February)

The retreat price is per person and includes accommodation in a shared or private garden room. Upgrades to Palm View or Studio rooms can be added upon request for an additional fee.

  • ​2-night stay at Anokhi

  • 2 morning Yoga sessions inspired by traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, including Asana, Pranayama and Meditation

  • 2 evening sessions such as Meditation, Yoga Nidra or gentle restorative Yoga

  • 3 wholesome vegetarian/vegan brunches

  • ​1 sweet treat and drink of your choice 

  • 1 Ayurvedic consultation with personalized guidance on lifestyle, wellbeing and nutrition

  • 1 Ayurvedic massage treatment

  • 1 Yoga Philosophy or Yogic Science session

  • Access to the Yoga Shala for self-practice and quiet reflection

  • Peaceful garden and café spaces to relax, read or work remotely

Longer stays - 5, 7 days or more - private practise sessions, additional treatments, and excursions can be added optional to create a fully personalized retreat.
