Daily Rhythm
Phase 1 – Gokulam (Jan 12–17)
Asana practice, discussions, adjustments, philosophy, chanting, methodology, pranayama & bodywork.
Phase 2 – Mysore Yoga Conference (Jan 19–28)
Mysore-style practice, Sanskrit lectures, cultural tours, afternoon workshops, community dialogue.
Phase 3 – Melkote Immersion (Feb 1–8)
Sunrise chanting, temple practice, philosophy with Alwar Swami, sacred outings, final methodology sessions & verbal exam.
