Course Overview
This 12-day immersive program introduces you to the art of bodywork - combining movement, awareness, and healing touch.
You will learn to work with the body in supine, prone, side-lying, and seated positions, while understanding energy lines (SEN), acupressure points, and safe body mechanics.
This training also supports yoga teachers and practitioners in assisting others with posture, mobility, and flexibility.
